Fantastic experience from start to finish.
This was our first caravan purchase and we could not be more happier with the customer service.
Ryan and Sarah were very friendly and explained all the details leaving us feeling very comfortable driving away.
The whole process was smooth and easy.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality caravan.

If you are looking for an honest, down to earth, say it how it is with no BS when buying a caravan... then this is your dealership. We have looked at vans for atleast 4 years. Searching and investigating pros and cons of soooo many brands. Speaking to countless sales guys who always were chasing to seal the deal. Then we met Ryan. We Instantly felt at ease, instantly loved his style and his no pressure approach & just a genuine guy helping us acheive our goal. Ryan and his team have been 100% committed from the first hello to the handover of our new Van. Countless frantic calls from me, texts, concerns from us newbies always met with compassion, understanding and reasurrance every single time. I have no hesitation writing this review and will always promote Ryan and his team. Sarah is amazing at her job and nothing was ever a drama and your always greeted like a friend not just a sale. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything. The van is incredible, the experience was second to none & we highly recommend you take your business of buying a van to Parravans in Heatherbrae NSW. You guys are the best ❤️

Picked up this beauty today. Eternity Vigilante 20'6 with a large ensuite. Thanks to Gary, Ryan, Brendan and Sarah at Parravans Newcastle for their expertise and patience while we changed and added everything we wanted. Everything hassle free and very detailed.

Cheers 🍻🥳🎉

Our experience with Parravans has been fantastic. We have been dealing with Ryan and the team now for 10 years and the service has been first class. From the purchase of our van through to customer service and all warranty work. They are always happy to help out.

Great customer service from Gary and Sarah in sales. The rest of the team who prepared my caravan purchase ready for handover were also excellent.

We picked up our new Eternity Monument yesterday. My husband Rob and I cannot thank Ryan, Brendon and all the staff enough for their help. The handover was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble to explain to us. We are blown away by all the extras that come with this van that other caravan dealers wanted us to pay extra for. Would definitely recommend this dealer if you are looking to purchase a van.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received from Parravans Heatherbrae in Newcastle. While in the middle of central Queensland, Ryan has rang me on a Saturday afternoon to help locate and fix a small problem. I have also been in Perth and had him call to work through another issue. From Gary in sales, the ladies in admin (including Jamie), and the lads in service, they are all highly professional and extremely dedicated. If after-sales service is important to your decision when purchasing a caravan, I could not recommend the team at Parravans Heatherbrae more highly. Keith Doolan.
